Guitars for Vets. Guitars for Vets mission is to provide free individual and group guitar lessons - and beautiful brand-new acoustic guitars - to our military brothers and sisters, many of whom are suffering from PTSD and depression. Music helps decrease anxiety, increase self-esteem, and reduce episodes of panic attacks, nightmares and flashbacks
